Project Access only uses HEB Pharmacies. You will need to contact Project Access before you fill or refill any prescription. 512-206-1118 or 512-206-1164
Project Access needs to approve and authorize these services and needs to send you to the appropriate specialist office to receive donated care. Project Access will require a referral/order to schedule that appointment for you. Once an appointment is scheduled, Project Access will then notify you of date and time of the appointment.
You will need to notify Project Access of any changes in income or demographic information. Project Access needs to have current information at all times.

Clinical Pathology Labs (CPL) only. If blood work is taken at the doctor’s office, it is your responsibility to inform the tech taking your blood to send it to CPL. If you are given an order/requisition form, it is your responsibility to go to a CPL facility to get your lab work. Click here to learn more about locations.
Yes, not only do we help patients with establishing care with you but can also help you with patients in your practice that are unable to continue with you as they have lost coverage. We can assist with access to a specialist, medication and ancillaries.
Both the Seton Family of Hospitals and St. David Healthcare Hospitals accept Project Access patients.
Project Access offers access to primary care; specialty; imaging; pharmacy; labs and hospitalization for our patients.
CPL and ARA have been great partners and donate their services to our patients.
We offers care to people with no health insurance or any other type of health care coverage (no MAP, Medicaid or Medicare, etc.) who are living at or below 250% of the U.S. Federal Poverty Level.

Yes, as long as they meet the income requirements and live in Travis County.
Medical services are donation to Project Access patients therefore you don't have to pay our of your pocket for medical services. There is only a $10 or $15 copay per prescription for Project Access patients.
Once a doctor is assigned, you will go to the doctor's private office or facility to receive medical treatment.
We are not a medical clinic and do not have doctors in our office. Once enrolled we will find a doctor for you.
